Students can query in real time using our secure, text-based instant messaging service. Trained client relations specialists handle Edlive sessions as part of their normal call queue, so whether borrowers prefer to chat with a counselor over the phone or the web they will experience a prompt response.
Edweb
Edweb is our extranet portal which offers advanced tools for financial aid professionals. Available 24/7, this safe, secure site offers easy access online utilities, including an online loan management suite, default aversion and valuable reporting capabilities.
Schools can manage the entire financial aid process online at no cost; from loan certification through post-disbursement change management. All features within Edweb were designed with our partners in mind, resulting in secure, easy-to-use, helpful applications.
